Trusted Referrals
Members will only refer clients to third-party companies that are licensed, bonded, and thoroughly vetted for reliability and trustworthiness.
Accountability
Members are responsible for reporting suspected abuse or violations of the SRN Code of Conduct to the Board. Concerns raised by individuals regarding services or products will be addressed in good faith.
Referral Standards
Members do not demand or accept referral fees for directing clients to other SRN members.
Membership Standards
Only professionals committed to upholding this Code of Conduct are recommended for SRN membership.
Licensing and Bonding
Every member is required to maintain proper licensing and bonding, as applicable, to provide services responsibly and legally.
Confidentiality
